I'm looking to make some shoes for myself but can only find images of the cow mouth style. Were there any other styles worn by women?

Late reply (Wasn´t here for ages it seems) but basically: Not really. The Cowmouth was the dominant form for the first decades of the 16th century. On fashionable people. There were the Bundschuhe, too, though. Predominantly seen on peasants in the pictoral sources. You got to decide whether that fits for the persona you portray.
